Author spends year in Stephen King's private archive
Caroline Bicks, a former Boston College professor and current Stephen E. King Chair in Literature at the University of Maine, discusses her new book "Monsters in the Archives: My Year of Fear with Stephen King" with WBZ-TV's Breana Pitts.
In the book, she digs through King's archives and focuses on first drafts of The Shining, Salem's Lot, Carrie, Night Shift and Pet Sematary.
