41-Year-Old Apparently Drowns In Waltham Pool
WALTHAM (CBS) – Authorities are investigating after the apparent drowning death of a 41-year-old in a Waltham pool that wasn't his.
The Middlesex District Attorney's Office says police and fire responded to a report of an unresponsive man in a pool at a home on Rutledge Terrace. He did not live at the home, officials said.
The victim was pronounced dead after being transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital.
The death is not being considered suspicious at this time.
