BOSTON (CBS) – Patriots quarterback Tom Brady used his Facebook page – and some amateur photo editing skills – to rewrite his childhood.
On Saturday, Brady shared a series of old "family photos" showing him wearing a 49ers youth football jersey.
But Brady made a few changes, scribbling "Pats" on the front of the jersey and pasting the picture into several iconic Boston settings.
Brady joked in the post that he "can't imagine growing up anywhere but Boston."
The future Hall of Fame quarterback was born in San Mateo, Calif., and grew up rooting for the 49ers.
Sunday will mark the first time Brady has played in San Francisco as a professional.
Earlier this week, Brady said the most important thing about his return to California is coming out with a win.
"I'm excited. It'll be nice to see my parents and sisters. Hopefully we go out there and win. It's a special weekend to go out there and play great for our team,"
