What are the motives behind teen bullying?

Doctor Elizabeth Englander at the Massachusetts Aggression Reduction Center at Bridgewater State College has done extensive research on bullies and bullying and says bullies often do what they do because their peers reward them for it.
And the reason for that supposed reward?
Englander says she's talked with a number of bullies and explains what they say are the motives for their actions.
But Englander says parents and kids need to put across a strong message that bullying is wrong.
