Swan Boats Will Open For The Season On Saturday

BOSTON (CBS) -- The swan boats return to the Boston Public Garden on Saturday. The popular tourist attraction is back for its 145th season.

Mayor Michelle Wu will take the first ride of the year alongside the family of the man who launched the Swan Boats in 1877.

Each Swan Boat weighs three tons.

The oldest is 112 and the newest is 29 years old.
