Report: Hoyer Gets Second-Round Tender From Patriots
BOSTON (CBS) - Restricted free-agent quarterback Brian Hoyer has received a second-round tender from the New England Patriots, reports ESPNBoston's Mike Reiss.
The $1.92 million tender means that another team can sign Hoyer to an offer sheet, and if the Patriots don't match the offer, they would receive a second-round pick as compensation.
