Plymouth Man Arrested In Alleged Case Of Road Rage
PLYMOUTH (CBS) -- One man was arrested Sunday afternoon after allegedly attacking a car with a baseball bat.
Shortly before 1p.m., State Police responded to a call of an apparent road rage incident involving two pick-up trucks on Route 3 Northbound near exit 5 in Plymouth.
According to State Police, a confrontation between the two drivers led one of the drivers, Mark Moran, 57, of Plymouth, to hit the other car several times with a baseball bat.
Moran was arrested and charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon and Destruction of Property.
No one was injured. The other driver was not charged.
