Dump Truck Strikes Pedestrian In Egleston Square
BOSTON (CBS) -- Police say one person was taken to the hospital after being hit by a dump truck in Egleston Square.
Police responded to report of a pedestrian hit by a vehicle on Washington Street at School Street in Egleston Square around 12:20 p.m. One person was taken to Brigham and Women Hospital with life-threatening injuries, police said.
The dump truck remained on scene, according to police.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing and no further details are available at this time.
