Patriots Sign Ventrone, Cut Underwood
FOXBOROUGH (CBS) - The New England Patriots announced on Saturday that the team had added S Ross Ventrone to the 53-man roster.
Ventrone had just been re-signed to the practice squad on Monday.
The Patriots cut WR Tiquan Underwood, who has just been added to the roster on Wednesday.
The 24-year-old Underwood had four receptions for 52 yards in the Patriots final preseason game against the Giants.
