NightSide - Would You Move To Keep Your Dog?
BOSTON (CBS) - Jennifer Malone has lived in the Snug Harbor development in Quincy for the past eleven years. Two years ago, after following proper procedure, she adopted a pit bull mix that is now three years old. Despite following all of the rules, due to a new policy change that bans larger dogs as well as certain breeds, Malone is now faced with possible eviction if she refuses to give up her pup. Do you think it's fair for the Quincy Housing Authority to force her to get rid of the dog? Are breed-specific rules fair?
