NightSide - The Future Of The Court
BOSTON (CBS) - With the passing of Justice Scalia, there is now a glaring vacancy on the bench of the highest court in the land. Is it a problem that choosing Supreme Court justices has become such a partisan endeavor? Are Democrats being hypocrites by claiming Republicans should shut up and approve the President's pick?
