BOSTON (CBS) - A popular middle school principal has been placed on administrative leave after reports came out that she had been arrested over the weekend for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. According to police, Dedham Middle School Principal Debra Gately had a blood-alcohol content more than twice the legal limit when she was pulled over for driving erratically. While her long-term future remains uncertain, some parents in the community have already come forward to express support for Gately, citing the good work she's done for the school and its students. If she's convicted, do you think Gately should be able to keep her job as principal? Or do educators and school administrators need to be held to a higher standard than other professionals?
