NightSide - No Social Security Cost Of Living Adjustment

BOSTON (CBS) - For only the third time since 1975, recipients of Social Security will not receive a cost-of-living adjustment to their benefits. Low gas prices are being blamed as a big part of why there will be no increase, but many are starting to complain that the system itself is broken. The other two years that saw no increase were 2010 and 2011, and in the last ten years benefits have only gone up about two percent. Do you think Social Security payments should be raised despite the low cost of gas? Is there a better way to determine whether or not increases are needed
