BOSTON (CBS) - Today is Earth Day and leaders from more than 150 nations gathered at U.N. headquarters in New York to sign a historic climate change deal which aims to reduce Greenhouse Gas emissions. Dr. Joseph D'Aleo, co-founder of the Weather Channel, refutes the "Greenhouse" theory.
