BOSTON (CBS) - Rick Green is the chairman of the Massachusetts Fiscal Alliance. The non-profit organization focuses on improving life in Massachusetts through "fiscal responsibility and good government solutions." Rick and Dan will take a critical look at the MBTA and other budget issues here in Massachusetts.
