NightSide - Are You On Board With Phone Calls On Planes?

BOSTON (CBS) - Federal regulators are debating a change to the rules that currently prohibit cell phone calls while flying. Or do you think flying would become even more frustrating if we allow everyone on board to freely make phone calls? Are there other public places you wish would ban cell phones?
