BOSTON (CBS) - The Archdiocese has donated $850,000 in a last minute effort to beat the state ballot measure to legalize marijuana. The church has had a strong stance against marijuana and believes this donation shows that they hold this matter among its highest priority. Do you believe the Archdiocese have to donate this amount of money or could they have just been vocal about it? Is this the best use of funds? Was there another way for them to get their point across?
