Children taken by non-custodial parent in Worcester found safe
WORCESTER - Police say two children taken by their non-custodial parent in Worcester have been found safe.
The 11-year-old and 9-year-old were with 47-year-old Tiffany Cancel, who police said took the children on Brussel Street Thursday.
It's unknown if she will face any charges.
