Osprey Eggs Saved By Power Line Crew In Hampton, NH

HAMPTON, NH (CBS) – Osprey eggs were saved by Unitil workers in Hampton, New Hampshire this month.

The eggs were found in a large nest in the power lines over a marsh area.

According to the New Hampshire Union Leader, the nest was discovered following a power outage on June 5.

They were taken to a wildlife rehabilitation center in Henniker where researchers are hoping to successfully hatch the eggs.
