BOSTON (CBS) - Andy Gresh and Scott Zolak talked with Bert Breer of the NFL Network on Wednesday afternoon about the latest controversy surrounding the NFL.
The Patriots' AFC East foe Miami Dolphins are embroiled in a storm of bad publicity amid reports offensive lineman Richie Incognito has been hazing fellow teammate and second year tackle Jonathan Martin.

A nasty voicemail from Incognito to Martin was leaked to the media, as well as a number of text messages where racial slurs and other derogatory comments were made. An unrelated TMZ video shows Incognito using the n-word in a drunken rage at a bar with teammate Mike Pouncey.
Coach Joe Philbin says he knew nothing of the hazing, but Incognito has been suspended indefinitely for "conduct detrimental to the team in connection to allegations of harassment and bullying teammate Jonathan Martin."
The story is unfolding more and more each day, and the latest reports say that Dolphins coaches instructed the beleaguered offensive lineman to "toughen Martin up." The NFL Network's Bert Breer weighed in on the controversy today with Gresh & Zo.
"Most people out there are talking from the perspective of working in a normal workplace, but these locker rooms are not well-adjusted workplaces. You may think that's the way it should be, but it's just not the way it is," said Breer.
