Dog Stolen From Outside North Attleboro Business

NORTH ATTLEBORO (CBS) – North Attleboro police are searching for a man accused of stealing a dog outside a business last month.

The incident took place on October 4 around noon when an employee of Boro Sand & Stone Corp. on Plain Street left their beagle named Red tied up outside.

According to police, a man pulled up in a vehicle, untied the dog, put him in the car and drove off.

Police released a surveillance photo of a suspect who appears to be in his 50s or 60s.

The man has grey hair, was seen with a goatee, and was wearing glasses and a gray jacket during the time of the alleged theft.
