Danvers Woman Wins $1M Lottery Prize
BOSTON (CBS) - A Danvers woman hit it big recently, winning a $1 million lottery prize, according to the Massachusetts State Lottery.
Margaret Melanson won the prize playing the "100x The Cash" instant game after buying a ticket at the Village Food Shop on High Street in Danvers.
She is the third $1 million winner since the game started March 3.
Melanson received a one-time payment of $650,000, less taxes.
The store will receive $10,000 for selling the winning ticket.
There are five $4 million prizes and 12 additional $1 million prizes still available.
