Daily Talker: Santa Billboards Raising Eyebrows

Some new billboards featuring Santa may be considered more naughty than nice.

In California, a billboard shows Santa holding an AR-15 rifle with the message, "You never know who's coming down your chimney." The gun range behind the billboard raised eyebrows in 2014, using the same photo of Santa and the slogan, "We build AR's for Santa." The gun range owners claim despite the controversy last year, the billboard did boost business.

Another Santa billboard is turning heads in Colorado and North Carolina. This one shows a smiling Santa with the message, "Go ahead and skip church! Just be good for goodness' sake. Happy Holidays." It has been paid for by American Atheists.
