Couple Rescued From Minivan Dangling Over Ledge After Crash
BOSTON (CBS) - It was a frightening experience for a couple trapped in their minivan in Boston.
The minivan went over a ledge after a crash at Beacon and Maitland streets, causing the vehicle to dangle nearly 20 feet above a construction site on Beacon Street.
They suffered minor injuries.
Emergency crews responded to Beacon and Maitland streets about 4:40 p.m. Friday for a report of an accident there.
The van collided with a taxi, and skidded out of control.
Firefighters stabilized the van and pulled the couple out.
