Repairs are being made to a motor part that caused the brakes to engage and the cars to stop.
The cars were suspended 40 feet above the ground at the Cannon Mountain Ski Area in Franconia on Sunday, Feb. 14. Crews evacuated the passengers, lowering them with rope from the tramway. No one was hurt.
No estimate was given on when the tramway would be working again.
