Boy Dies After TV Falls On Him At Gardner School
GARDNER (CBS) – An eight-year-old boy died after an accident at the Elm Street School in Gardner Thursday.
The Worcester County District Attorney says a large television and cart fell on the boy shortly after 4 p.m.
He was rushed to Henry Heywood Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
A reverse 911 call went out to parents Thursday night informing them of the accident.
Grief counselors will be available at the school Friday.
State Police Detectives assigned to the Worcester County District Attorney's Office are investigating.
