BC Students Sporting Superhero Costumes Visit Floating Hospital For Children
BOSTON (CBS) -- Heroes walk the halls of Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center everyday. A few more paid a visit on Thursday, donned in a more conspicuous costume.
Boston College students who were a part of the campaign Love Your Melon were among those who took part in Superhero Day at the hospital.
The campaign's mission is to give a hat to every child battling cancer in America.
The students visited pediatric cancer patients and handed out hats, superhero-themed masks, capes, bracelets, and coloring pages.
