BC Spokesman: "No Leads" In Search For Missing Student
BOSTON (CBS) - There's still no sign of a Boston College student that has not been seen in more than a month.
Franco Garcia has not been seen since he left Mary Ann's bar on Feb. 22.
"Despite the hopes and prayers of everyone in the Boston College community and the Garcia family, after more than a month there are still no leads as to his disappearance," said BC spokesman Jack Dunn.
Dunn told WBZ NewsRadio 1030 that reports of divers again searching the Chestnut Hill Reservoir are false.
"Our understanding is that the state police concluded their review of the reservoir a few weeks ago. Divers have not returned to the reservoir," said Dunn.
The 21-year-old Garcia is from Newton.
