Auburn Man Accused Of Attacking His Girlfriend And Pouring Gas On Her Head
WEBSTER (CBS) -- An Auburn man accused of attacking his girlfriend and pouring gasoline on her head is facing charges.
Police arrested 58-year-old Paul Beinar at his mother's home in Webster on Tuesday. His girlfriend told police he punched her in the head and then splashed her with "dry gas."
Beinar pleaded not guilty to domestic assault charges.
In court, a judge set his bail at $5,000 and ordered him to stay away from the victim.
