5 Rescued From The Water After Boat Overturns Near Marion

MARION (CBS) -- Five people were rescued after their boat overturned in the water off Marion on Saturday. Crews responded to Cleveland East Ledge.

The Marion Fire and EMS Department posted the incident on Facebook just before 10 a.m.

"All people were safely rescued and brought into Mattapoisett harbor to be evaluated by Ems personnel," they said.

"We continue to remind all boaters to wear your life jackets at all time."
