3 Workers Hurt In Chemical Spill At Millbury Plant
MILLBURY (CBS) - Three workers were hospitalized after a large chemical spill shut down a plant in Millbury on Tuesday.
The entire Barrday Composite Solutions was evacuated while a large section of Providence Street was shut down.
Police said a broken pipe released the chemical phenol into the air. The injured employees suffered some throat irritation.
There is no word on when the plant will reopen.
