Tornado Warning takes effect across Central Maryland

Just before 7 p.m., a tornado warning was issued by the National Weather Service for Central Maryland. The warning is in effect until 7:30 p.m. with severe thunderstorms capable of producing damaging wind gusts, heavy rain, and hail.
