Parking garage suffers partial collapse near Baltimore's Inner Harbor

A parking garage near Baltimore's Inner Harbor suffered a partial collapse Friday morning, authorities said. A Baltimore City Fire Department spokesperson said it appears the first and second level were affected. It was not immediately clear if anyone was hurt.
