Mobility riders should contact Hart to Heart for mobility appointment services

MTA riders who use a mobility devices can call Hart to Heart to schedule rides to urgent medical appointments. The announcement comes after a cyberattack left users of paratransit services unable to schedule new trips or rebook existing trips.
