Investigators say NYC gunman was targeting NFL headquarters but used wrong elevator

The shooter behind a deadly rampage inside an office building in Midtown Manhattan on Monday evening was apparently targeting NFL offices there, New York City Mayor Eric Adams said Tuesday morning.
