Gov. Moore signs new executive order to eliminate vacant properties and revitalize Baltimore

There's now a new effort to tackle the longstanding issue of vacant properties across Baltimore City. Governor Wes Moore signed a new executive order, setting up the "Baltimore Vacants Reinvestment Council."
