Frederick Co. sheriff pleads not guilty to charges of illegal buying machine guns

Frederick County Sheriff Charles Jenkins entered a not guilty plea Wednesday afternoon in federal court on charges of conspiring with a gun range owner to purchase illegal machine guns.
