Community calls for more safeguards after teen girl killed in Cecil County hit-and-run
On Friday night, people showed up at an intersection memorial with flowers, balloons, and handwritten notes to honor and remember Mollie Broadbent, the 13-year-old girl struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver on her way to school Thursday morning in Cecil County.
