Bowie neighbor said he saw, smelled fire at home of suspect in Dacara Thompson’s murder

A neighbor in Bowie said he saw and smelled fire at the home of Hugo Hernandez-Mendez, the man accused of killing 19-year-old Dacara Thompson.
