Baltimore oil spill not impacting drinking water, officials say

A 2,000-gallon oil spill in Baltimore's Inner Harbor is not impacting drinking water, city leaders said Thursday. The oil spill in Fells Point turned the water red due to the dye in the diesel fuel.
