Arctic air expected to bring cold temperatures to Maryland midweek

Arctic air will make its return to Maryland by the middle of the week. After a brief respite late this weekend and Monday, temperatures will once again tumble, bringing colder days and frigid nights for Tuesday and Wednesday.
