Anne Arundel County school bus drivers' union awaits counteroffer from management

The union that represents some Anne Arundel County school bus drivers is awaiting a counteroffer from a management company after voting to authorize a strike. Howard County bus drivers are also considering a strike after fallout with their contractor, Zum.
