Alert Day issued for soaking wet and cold weather across Maryland

Wet weather is underway, and the First Alert Forecast remains dreary through Friday evening. The WJZ First Alert Weather Team has issued an Alert Day through Friday night for stormy weather moving into the area. Bands of steady rain continue to move northward across Maryland and greater Baltimore.
