A chance of scattered rain returns to Maryland Monday

Monday began with temperatures in the 50s and a mostly gray sky. Temperatures rebound into the upper 60s and lower 70s Monday afternoon. The sky remains mostly cloudy. A greater chance of scattered rain and a thunderstorm, or two, arrives after sunset Monday evening.
