10 overdoses reported in Baltimore’s Penn North neighborhood, 6 hospitalized

Ten overdoses were reported in Baltimore’s Penn North community on Wednesday. Six people were hospitalized, police said. It comes after a total of 32 people overdosed during two incidents in July.
