WEATHER BLOG: Warmer Weekend Ahead

Hi Everyone!

OK so the cold is soon to be in our rear view mirror shortly, for a few days anyway. We did get a taste of deep Winter though, and more will come. But today back to normal, tomorrow milder, and as we move into the weekend even warmer. Heck Sat and Sun back in the low to mid 50's!!  (Normals, by the way, are 41/25).

Other than clouds, and some showers this weekend calm weather. Which brings me to a question.

I was driving in this morning, waiting for the heat to kick on, looking at 16 degrees on my dashboard, looking at a beautiful moon, and star field out the front window. Then a thought struck me. Would I like it to be clear and cold, or would I prefer driving in with snow showers and 31. (NOTE I did not say big snow falling. If I never see that again it will be too soon. Just a light snow shower, but warmer morning temperatures.. by a lot). My knee jerk reaction is CLEAR AND COLD. But the idea that I even had that thought was its own statement. And I am still not sure of the answer, though I am leaning toward the 31 degrees with cause and effect. Temperature is a big player…it is an interesting game of weather scruples.

Time to put that on the back burner for the next five day's though. Enjoy a warm up, and no wind chills. ENJOY!!  You know this won't last.
