WEATHER BLOG: Ready For The weekend?

Hi Everyone! Ready for the weekend? Ready for temps about "that close"  to 70 on Sunday? During the overnight that forecast high of the low 60's,  for Sunday,  got bumped up to 65. You KNOW on some car thermometers it will be even warmer.

An observation we were discussing in the studio, off air, this morning, …Notice today that the snow is all but gone, except in extreme places. (Places where the snow was piled feet high.) This week's rain, and those warm temps,  just took care of the snow biz. We all independently brought that up at about the same time at the beginning of our shift this AM. Now we just need to dry this ground out and the Blizzard will really be in our rear view mirror.

We are in a calm period for the next five days so I am gonna start the weekend right now and say goodbye. Have a great, and SAFE one! Sunny and 65 on Sunday. Can I get an "AMEN!?"
