WEATHER BLOG: A Touch Of Gray
Hi Everyone!
"A touch of gray" A fine "Grateful Dead" song, and the one they, ("Dead and Company"), ended Friday's show with down in D.C. It is also this day's outlook. Gray, not real wet but certainly damp, and mild. And mild will continue as a big part of the forecast through the weekend!
(Actually there is one day, Saturday, with temps 3-4 degrees below normal but it will be totally Sunny and that will GREATLY make up for the loss of a few degrees.)
A nice pattern as we move toward mid-November!
Thanksgiving is in two weeks, and two days. Soon we will begin to see the holiday ads with flaming hearths, and snow falls, and going to Moms for dinner, and bla bla bla..I love those ones with snow. Yeah, like anybody wants to see a foot of snow on Thanksgiving and have to drive anywhere, or entertain anyone. Sure. Yep a mixed mess is just what we want as we go driving around on "Black Friday" doing holiday shopping. Sure.
Frankly I am rooting for a big El Nino effect. Or if nothing else for this Vanilla weather pattern to continue for a long while anyway! (83 on Valentine's day would totally warm my heart! Literally.)
