Ulman To Announce Anti-Bullying Program
ELLICOTT CITY, Md. (AP) -- Howard County Executive Ken Ulman is scheduled to announce a new anti-bullying program.
Ulman is set to make the announcement on Wednesday in Ellicott City.
It includes a technology-driven reporting tool to be used for the first time in a community-based setting. It allows parents and children to file anonymous incident reports about bullying.
The initiative also includes a social marketing tool to raise awareness of bullying with children and adults.
A third part of the initiative makes available training and resources for people who work with children.
