Police: 2 Men Arrested After Crashing Stolen SUV
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Two carjacking suspects cause a dangerous commotion in Southwest Baltimore.
Police say they crashed a stolen SUV, as officers chased them down Frederick Rd. on Monday.
Officers caught both men after they tried running away.
